As with all of the communications in this program that have been emailed to you, you can forward this as an email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or however you want to send it to any one of your bartenders.  This communication:

• Sets the bartender's expectations

• Helps you to request and acquire the bartenders' commitment to follow the program of sending out emails and social media postings once a week for the four weeks leading up to the event

You will raise more money and awareness if you recruit your bartenders using this email rather than asking them on the phone or in person.
