You can always find the links to your Facebook Event and the Event itself on your Dashboard under the 'Promote Event' tab.

The goal is to have all of your bartenders posting the event at the same time on the same day.  Please ask your bartenders to make a small comment when they share the event.

Each bartender is asked to invite and or tag at least 125 'Friends' to the event.
