FACEBOOK EVENT: We will create a Facebook Event page for you so that you can share and invite supporters to your event on Facebook.

SOCIAL MEDIA GRAPHICS: The Guest Bartender Program graphic design team will provide graphics for you and your bartenders to share on your Instagram and Facebook feeds.

QR CODES: We will create a flyer with a QR Code linked to your donation landing page to affix to your tip jars and around the venue the night of your event.

TEE SHIRTS: Tee Shirts can be a fun addition to your event. When bartenders and guests wear shirts, they make for great photo opportunities

• A simple fundraising idea is to sell sponsorships to companies to put their logo on the shirts.

• Another idea is to list each of your bartenders by name on the back of the shirt- the bartenders really enjoy seeing their name on a shirt.

FLYERS/OTHER PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: If your organization would like to create flyers or any other type of notice regarding the event we ask that you share the piece with us before distribution so that we can help you check donation links and proper logos and other design elements. The Guest Bartender Program logo must be on all promotional materials and approved by us.
